How long do you think it would take to get from Brooklyn Heights to Westbury Manor at around 4 pm?

I don't know about 4 pm, but I had left lower brooklyn around 7:30 on a Friday 2 weeks ago and it took an hour to get to Dix Hills. Hope this helps.

A Friday nite in the summer.... I would say allow for 2 hours, but you could get lucky.
