Hey, I am going to start to look for my dress next week. I am going to Macys in the Smithhaven mall @10:30, any other places in that area you suggest I make a appt at???????
And I plan on spending $1,000 tops for my gown, so I am not interested in places where the gowns start at $1,500!!!!!!!!!!

RK Bridal- but it is very do it yourself and they don't take appointments so be ready to wait.
Kleinfelds- You will feel like a princess, but the dresses are all $2500 +. I worked with Keisha who was AMAZING!!!
Bridal reflections in Massapequa and Carle Place. I had a better attendant at Massapequa and (IMO) the facility was nicer. In Carle Place the room I was in was so small and the attendant kept bringing me dresses in a style I told her I didn't like- over and over.

The Wedding Center in Commack. They price match, so if you see something you like in Macy's (which I heard is a bit pricey), go to The Wedding Center and see if they have it cheaper.
I'm deciding between 3 Maggie's and TWC has all 3 cheaper than I've seen anywhere else.

Try Lidia's in copiague. It is on gret neck road. her dresses are very reasonable. I got everything for under a $1000! And, you can look at the dresses on the rack instead of someone pulling them out for you.

Try Lillette's in Baldwin or Estelles-have a small selection. You could also try netbride. I purchased the girls dresses from there and they were at a MUCH more reasonable price than actual stores I called around to.

I also got my dress from the Commack Wedding Center. It cost me less than $1000! It was cheapest there, even compared to online prices.

Lillettes in baldwin had a good selection when I was there just a few months ago. I tried on at least 15 dresses there $1000 or under.
Also Paradise Bridal in Patchogue they had alot for htat price!

a tip...once you find a dress you like, you might want to sleep on it for a couple of days and do some research. I found a dress I loved, wasnt' planning on buying that day, but did anyway. I went home and found it on bridesave.com for $300 cheaper!
