okay so may hair right now is brown...but its not rich or anything. i havent dyed it in about 2 years and i was thinking of this color:

are you sure you want to dye it this close to the wedding esp since you haven't dyed your hair for that long?

I dont knowwww! lol i should have done it before but ive been running around like a madwoman. i really wanted my brown to look richer and that was my intention and now im a week away and i never did it :(

i'd be hesistant to do it b/c what if you hate it? why not just hot oil it or something so you can get some shine in your hair?
Crashing.. I wouldn't do it. I've had bad experiences with coloring my hair and I think I would die if it happened 10 days before my wedding. Even if you dyed over it, it won't look 'normal' until more than a few washes.

have you used this dye before or have dyed your hair yurself? I probably wouldn't risk it if you haven't. if my roots were bad, I'd def try to get an appt to fix that since it shows up more in photography IMO

i wouldn't do this now. Wait until you come back from your HM and then try all the new hair colors you want! in the meantime, why not buy the gloss kits they sell in the drug stores. its just like your dyeing your hair, but it just gives you a permanent gloss and shine to your hair. so it will give your hair major shine and oomf for your big day!

I agree...gloss it!! Home hair color can be verrry tricky!! I wouldn't do it at all!

You should be fine! I too am dying my hair tonight, date twin! My color is a mahogany brown and it isn't permanent so I didn't want it to fade even one bit for the day of.
If you're at all nervous about how it will come out, you could bring the color to a salon and they will apply it for you. That at least guarantees less of any color staining or dripping onto your skin....and they would charge a fraction of what they normally would if they provided it.
I say don't worry about it. Just cover everything evenly and put something on the skin around your hairline & ears to keep the color from staining.
