Help! Helen's Private Collection Bridal Center..how are they??? GOOD and BAD PLEASE!!

I love lilette's and found my dress there but Helen's is also authorized retailer and will order my dress for less money whereas Lilette's would not work with me at all even after i told them other stores will give me a better price..also Helen's Alterations come to alot less $$ but if they are not as good as lilette's with alterations,professionalism, and experience then i will stay with lilette's what do you girls think??is Helen's reputable????

I went to Helen's Bridal in Commack for her Bonny Bridal trunk show June 14th just to really start looking for my wedding dress. I worked with Liz who was awesome. I ended up buying a Maggie Sottero dress from there in less than an hour and a half...

Liz was Great!!! We heard the staff laughing and having a great time from the second we walked into the store. They are located inside of Wedding World (which I did not know when I walked in and at the time wasn't happy about) but she was helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. She suggested another dress(the one I ended up buying) after one of the Bonny dresses made me feel too much like Jessica Rabbit. I tried it on and the image of my wedding day popped into my head.. It was everything i wanted my dress to be... classy, elegant, different and I won't end up hating it in 20 years!!!!

The best part.... The dress wasn't supposed to be discounted until the end of July when the Maggie Sottero trunk show was going to be held but Liz took care of me anyway so I didn't have to come back. Not only did she give me the 10% discount but they also had a store coupon for $100.00 off !!!! After the discounts plus shipping fees and tax the total was only $835 before alterations. Liza also capped the alterations at $99 for the bustle (up to 9 points) and the hem at $175.00. Basic alterations were capped at $295.00.. Liz went through sizing with me and because Maggie's dress have the bras built into the dress and is a corset back (which can just be pulled tighter)I probably won't need many alterations, just the hem and bustle!!!.. Not having to buy a new bra just for the wedding dress and not needing a slip underneath saves a ton of money!!
I couldn't believe I was going to get my dress at the first real store I went to but it was everything I wanted... Definitely give Helen's a try!!!!!
