Curacao is out of the hurricane belt, and it's great.
ETA: We stayed at the Breezes club. It's what they call a 'super' all inclusive. It really did include EVERYTHING. We loved it.

Me and FH are going to Costa Rica... we're staying at an all Inclusive 5 star place... the Grand Papagayo... not sure if its out of the belt, but I can't wait to go, it looks so freakin beautiful!
