HELP! Honeymoon Tours - Spain??

So I spent some time on the phone w/ either COSMOS or one of those european tours this past weekend - turns out that it's mostly people in their 50s - does anyone know of any european tours - mainly Spain for honeymooners? We want to do a lot of traveling when we're there but want some time on our own too - any recommendations would be great! Thanks girls.
