I found this on line
Mr. and Mrs. Adam J. Peterson request the honour of your presence at the marriage of Miss Jennifer Marie Taylor to their son Mr. Michael James Peterson on Saturday, the twenty-first of July two thousand and one at four o'clock in the afternoon St. Paul's Church 46 Main Street Butler, Kentucky

Have you asked FILs how they feel? If they don't object, you can keep things simple:
Together with their families Jennifer & Michael blah blah blah
But there are plenty of sites with examples for most every situation.

First question, if your parents are around (I hate to assume that they are)... how do they feel about all of this?

If its okay with all parties, I'd just do 'Together with their families'
This is what we did as all parents are paying a decent amount.
