My room fits 250 people maximum. I have 270 on my guest list. How much do you think I need to cut my guest list to be safe? Thanks :)

I agree. Not everyone will come, but maybe you should have a 'B' list to be on the safe side.

Yea, I guess I just need to go through the list and try and figure out how many won't come. What is the percentage that typically doesn't come? I thought it was 15%??

My minimum is 190. At the time I booked it, I was nervous we wouldn't make the minimum. Since then, the list keeps growing and now I'm more owrried about fitting everyone!
