Help!! I am getting married in 2 days and I am freaking out!!

Hey Girls - I think I just need some moral support. I am getting married in 2 days and am just so stressed. I am trying to keep things in perspective and remember that this is a special day for my fiance and I.

But....I lost a lot of weight over the past few months - way more than I wanted - and my dress doesn't fit me the way I want anymore. Too late to do anything about it, but there is so much pressure on the bride to look PERFECT - and I will not look as good as I like. I am posting a picture of how the dress looked on me during my last fitting. I am hoping once it's pressed and I have my hair/makeup done, etc. it will look better. I have no makeup on in this picture, no accessories and I think the picture was taken crooked - but every time I look at it, I get stressed out...I am not happy...

Also, I am SOOOO tired of having to chase all of my vendors down when I am paying them thousands of dollars. A few of my vendors are very good, but for many of them, I have to call them several times before they call back and it is 2 days until my wedding - you would think they would realize I have a ton going on and I need to finalize things...Anyway, I am just venting...

Any advice?? I swear I don't know what I would do without this msg board!!! Thanks girls

take some deep breaths I am sure that you will look beautiful in your dress and no one but you will think that it does not fit perfect. as for tracking down your vendors maybe you can call in some reinforcments to make all of these calls with you. Two days is not alot of time but you don't want to overstress yourself this close to your big day. You are marrying the man you love and eveything will work out because of that. Good Luck!

Don't stress! Your dress looks fabulous and perfect on you. You're going to have a wonderful, perfect day. Don't worry and enjoy every minute! Congrats!

I hear ya! I'm getting married in a little over a week and the stress is getting to me too. From what I can tell from the picture you posted, the dress fits you perfectly. You will be a beautiful bride!
Don't worry, everything will fall into place. Your getting married!!!! Make sure you enjoy this day that you have planned so much for!

I felt the same way two weeks ago....believe me! Don't stress - I swear everything works out fine. Your day will be totally magical. Just let yourself enjoy it...that's the best advice I can give you. All of this other stuff means nothing...your vendors, dress, favors, placecards, flowers, blah blah blah....all that matters is YOU and HIM (and he will think that you look PERFECT)! ENJOY THE RIDE...it goes fast!!!

Laura- Stop, take a deep breath, and relax. You look STUNNING and you have nothing to worry about. Just eat some ice cream, it might make you feel better and if you eat a lot over the next 2 days maybe you'll gain one or two pounds.

Relax. Take some nice deeeeeeeep breaths and don't worry so much. The dress looks gorgeous on you, everything will fall into place, and if something goes wrong (knock on wood)-just enjoy the food, the dancing, and the people that are there. Good luck and congratulations!

A married friend of mine recently gave some advice. She said I could stress all I want to until I get to 24 hours before the actual wedding. She said at that point there's really nothing more I can do and anything I can do is something that guests probably won't even notice. She said she went for a spa day with her bm's and almost exactly 24 hours before she would say her vows she got a massage, when she came out from the massage she had let everything go and she was able to really enjoy the night before and wedding day. I'm hoping to implement this advice and I hope perhaps it can help you too!
