I feel the same way, and I dont even have PMS! try and eat a bunch of smaller meals today.....

i dont know what it is...I've tried every diet possible...and i cant stick to them for very long..i've even been writing down everything i eat and counting calories, but come the weekend, i screw it all up. I want to tape pictures up all around me of girls in wedding dresses and bikinis..maybe that will help?

It is the weather for me I think. It is cold out, so I stay in and then I am bored... so I eat.

I've got 29 days to go, my dress is tight as hell, and I cannot stop eating!!!

It's definitely stress for me!

Here's a quick filler. Before you eat anything, chug a glass or two of cold water. It wont cub your appetite, but you will get full quicker. Also try eating slower. The brain wont register that you are eating until 20 minutes from the time of your first bite. I tried this for a couple of weeks and I actually lost quite a few pounds. Still doing it now.....

chew gum !!! Stop trying to diet for a specific event and make a lifestyle change. You will look at food differently.

Same boat but my dress fits...I'm afraid to go for the 2nd fitting I'm getting lazy or I'm just happy...either way the hell with it...we will all look ga-ga-gorgeous on our wedding day ladies!

I am the same way. I cant stay on a diet or stop eating. I have been chewing gum and that seems to be helping a little.

Funny I am having the same problem right at this momment. Luckly I stocked my lab fridge with lots of fruits. So grapes are cutting it for me right now. That is till I get home and back to my bag of jelly beans!

it was the opposite for me! i was so stressed that i forgot to eat meals. hell my friends used to make fun of me and say that i probably had to schedule in appointments to go pee!

Well you try Watching what you eat. I been doing that by cutting the snacks out.
