FI and I went to a travel agent today to see about what we should do for our honeymoon... we sort of had the idea of going on a cruise either to the Caribbean or to Europe. Well, I've been looking through all the books and it seems that nothing leaves close to our wedding date and I don't want to have to wait a week or longer to go on the honeymoon.. FI doesn't want to do a Sandals now because he doesn't want to get stuck on that island for the whole time.. I don't know what to do or where to go.. plus, the other problem is that I have travelled to many, many places already... ugh! Please tell me where everyone is planning on going.. thanks!

my irish boy wants to go to ireland! i say you shouldnt wait..it'll spoil some of the moment......you should look around to many differenr places...you will find the perfecet date and time trust me!

Try narrowing down where yo defintely don't want to go and places you have been already.
ETA - i had a similar problem with finding a good honeymoon with the right dates, thanks to alixgirl i found a cruise of the meditteranean. We have to board in the second port though.

That is definitely the hard part (about narrowing it down).. I thought I had it narrowed down to the cruise but then nothing leaves around our wedding date Thanks..

Australia. During the summer it's their winter and believe it or not I know a couple that told me their trip to Australia cost less than HI or Europe because alot of people don't go to Australia while it's their winter. They went skiing and had a great time there. It's a looooooong flight though.
It depends on what you want to do. We chose HI because it's exotic without being too much so, hot but not roasting, fun yet will have some 'relaxing only' days too. If you want to relax more, go to a beachy place. If you like to tour or explore, maybe travel to Europe or S. America (Brazil? Then again it's their winter too but might be cheap) or C. America.
Talk to a travel agent who can give you some advice!

England, Scotland, Ireland, Switzerland, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and around the states...
Out of the 4 places you mentioned, I would only be kinda interested in Bora Bora but I know there isn't much to do there and it's probably a lot like Fiji which I have been to already.. see my dilemma??
