Help, I feel SO SICK!!! (and my funny FH- OscartheGroom))

It is my birthday (25 years) and I went out to the Outback for dinner. I also just had my coldstone creamery birthday cake (celebration sensation- cake batter ice cream mixed with rainbow sprinkles layered in between red velvet cake and iced with white frosting) Needless to say I feel SO STUFFED and SICK (I can't believe that I used to be able to eat this way nd feel fine, but since being on WW since September, I just can't handle eating like this anymore.)

Does anyone have a remedy to feeling better after they have STUFFED themselves SICK??????

take some peptol bismol or tums and that should help. And some ginger ale.

As for the pictures, I LOL'd too. I think this pic is very funny because he's looking so casual like 'what? what's wrong?' Hee.

OMG! I felt the same way after getting the birthday cake remix from Cold Stone--cake batter, rainbow sprinkles, and fudge. I had to sleep it off. The good thing for me was that it was my first experience with Cold Stone Creamery and had I not gotten something so sweet it made me sick, I'd probably be addicted to the place like everyone else. There's always a line out the door!

I don't know why but this is the second time I have had Cold Stone's cake batter flavor, and both times I have felt a little yucky afterwards . . . Maybe the ice cream is too rich- it sure tastes good though!
