Help I have no place to do my ceremony.....

Just got a call that old westbury gardens is booked for an antique car show for the day of my wedding so my ceremony is out that day there. Im freaking out now because I had my heart set on doing it there. Where else can I go? I called Sunken Gardens and they are booked too.

What about Planting Fields?

What about NRC ?
They have a lovely outdoor site, just past the outdoor cocktail area, and if it rains, there is the chapel downstairs.

if I were you, id do it onsite at NRC. Itl be easy and still beautiful!!

Thanks girls. I just left a message at planting fields and hopefully that works out however, on the website it says capacity for a ceremony is 40people and I have atleast 70 just in immediate family. I tried Vanderbilt mansion but they cant accomodate us until after 4pm and Oheka wants $5000 for the ceremony. Majestic Gardens is beautiful but way to far for us. Hopefully, Planting Fields is the one. NRC's grounds are beautiful but I really dont want to do it there because I lose out on my limo time that was already booked and I would not be able to get all the pictures I wanted. However, if I have no choice that will be what I have to do if NRC can accomodate us that day. My ch starts at 6:30pm and I dont know what's going on there before.

Assuming you're OK with taking some pictures before the ceremony (either with or without FH) you can use your limo to take you somewhere (a park, the planting fields even if they can't accommodate enough people to have your ceremony there) or anywhere else for pictures, then come back to the NRC for your ceremony and then go straight into your cocktail hour. Afternoon weddings there are usually over by 5, so if you had your ceremony at 6pm you'd be fine. There just wouldn't be much time to take pictures beforehand but since you have the limo already booked you can go elsewhere.

check out the old field club ! they can do ceremonies on their deck overlooking the water. or inside if youd want that.
