Help-I need a decent park by Leonard's in Great Neck to take pics?
The one across the street from macy's is shot..the geese and ducks live there.
I am going bananna, My photographer suggested Silver Lakes: Does anyone know where that is
Any suggestions or locations?

If you go past that park and drive a little, there is a car dealership on the right, and near that you make a left and there is a little park and big gazebo.
I will find out better directions, but FH and I checked it out a few weeks ago and its pretty.
I will ask him tonight where we turned or if he knows the name

I went to a photographer that suggested CW Post which is up Northern Blvd a little ways. Good Luck!

Make a left on Plandome road and then another left into thte park, it's right before the manhasset train station.

Steppingstone Park in Great Neck is beautiful! It is right on the water. Not sure if you need a permit, but you can call the Great Neck parks dept. There are a lot of parks in Great Neck. There is also one in town with a Gazebo. Not sure of the name. Hope this helps!

Try the Clearview Golf Course - the restaurant next to it is Caffe on the Green and they have done a beautiful job with the landscaping. The property is part of NYC Dept of Parks and is therefore public and no fee.....The restaurant caters more to bridal showers etc not really weddings and it's a shame that no one utilizes the grounds. Do a drive by - I think you'll be impressed.
