HELP I need a dress!

I found out I CAn make it to FH's college graduation. it's a 2 day affair. I think I can go one day with a skirt and top or something I have, but I'm gonna need a new dress, not too fancy, but nice, short, summery. Oh, and here's the hard part..plus size! i'm also short, but if need be, I can hem the dress. I don't have time right now to go shopping around. Does anyone have any suggestions where I can go? OR is there anything you've seen?

Oh, and I don't want a frumpy dress..you plus size ladies know what I'm talking about. All of those plus stores assume you have no waist! I HAVE a waist! I just also have boobies and booty!
