Ok, Sorry about the yelling but I am just freaking out. I have been writing to people and calling people and everyone is charging through the nose. Some of you say it's worth it but COME ON! It's hair for heaven's sake - unless you are lacing it with pure gold it should not cost me more than $125 the day of! The same goes for make-up!
What makes this even worse is that the wedding is on a Sunday - most salons are CLOSED on Sundays **%&^$&*#^&^$#&!!!!!!!!
OK, sorry, i'm stressing. I've been so good up to this point. I live in CT so that makes it harder. I will be down on the island this weekend.
Do any of you have any suggestions or advice? Please help!

I used Patti from Beautiful Beginings for makeup 631-361-5031. For my hair I used Maria from Concourse D'elegance. She's a vendor on here.

How about Mya from Cosmetic Artistry. She did hair and makeup for my bridesmaids and was great! She is a vendor on here.

Jen and Oksana are not super cheap but they are not crazy expensive either. They are great and very highly reviewed

Karen the Makeup Artist (vendor on here) isn't too pricey if you have more than 1 person getting their makeup done day of. FM if you have ques.

Jillian from Gorgeous Faces. She's a vendor here and her prices are reasonable. I had her do my make up the day of and I loved it. She also has two girls who do hair, I SHOULD have had one of them do it, but I didn't...my mistake.

If you're in Nassau, we used Sabrina from the Hari Expo in Oceanside for my friend's wedding. You'll hear her life story, but she did a fantastic job! It was 90+ with humidity, and my makeup didn't budge the whole day. AND the prices were reasonable.
