So I already explained to the people here at my office that our guest list was a nightmare and I wasn't able to invite everyone from here. All I invited was my bosses who are the partners/owners of my firm. Everyone I told seemed to really understand (I am pretty close to all of them, and i'm pretty sure I'm liked by all of them too...I've worked here 3 yrs).
I'd really like to ask the women to my bachelorette party, by saying something like 'I couldn't invite you all to my wedding but I'd still like you to come to my bach. party' One girl who I told this to already said she'd like to come.
I really want them to come, and I think they will...but is this OK being that they aren't invited to the wedding? I still have 3 girls to ask.?
TIA!! Dana

If they understand that they're not invited to the wedding, and don't have a problem with that - I don't think it's a problem to invite them. I know a lot of guys who do this.

If they understand why they aren't invited to the wedding then I think it would be nice to invite them to the party that way they get to do some celebrating with you.
