My wedding is in September @ Southampton Elk's Club. I have to do the decorating myself with the help of friends and family. Any ideas?

You can do so many things. Rent some ficus trees and put white lights on them -- that can always dress up a room. You can buy tulle at Wal-Mart for a reasonable price and drape it as decoration. Check out Patchougue Floral Fantasyland. They have lots of decorating supplies/ideas. Use lots of candles if you can to create mood lighting. Use some of the natural elements of the hall if it has any. I'm not familiar with your location -- but really look at the space and decide what areas need the most work.

You should check ou Michael's craft store. I've been to the one in Westbury, but there are others. They have a wedding department and you can get rolls of tulle, etc.
