I just called Lace Star to find out prices and they tell me they are closing early , and they are not open on Saturday or Sunday.!!
Anyone know of any other place???

I went to Sposabella, I believe it is on the same street. The guy was very helpful, just maker sure you know exactly how much you need. I ended up getting almost 2 yards extra.

Good thing you closed. I believe they're Jewish - so they do close earlier on Friday's.
On that block - there literally has to be about ten fabric (lace) stores. They all generally close around 6pm. So you'll have to sneak out of work a little earlier.
Just to let you know - LACE is super expensive. I was quote $125 per yard for the lace I picked out, but my seamstress w/her connections paid 1/4 of that.

They quoted me a price of $15-20 per yard depending on the width I pick, which isn't too bad. I guess since I only need Trim its alot cheaper.

there's also Daytona Trimmings also in teh fabric district. they have a huge selection to choose from.
