Help I'm a newbie Photographers and Videographers!!!
So i've searched around and i believe that this is really important as well but the only problem is that i don't know who to book. Your imputs are much appreciated what should i do helpppp!!!

We went with Duet Weddings for both, got a great package with a lot of stuff and we loved their work

I went with Imagine Studios. They're a husband and wife team. You can see some of Lia's work if you search for them on 'The Brides' Review' board. Lia does the photography and Nelson does the videography. I'm so excited to work with them!

For photography i used Angelica Glass and LOOOVE her...i have a few pics from my wedding day but still waiting for proofs. Do have my engagement pics in my album that she took
for videography i used pennylane and LOOOOVE them too. They did a same day movie trailer at our reception and just from that i am blown away and cant wait to see the rest of the dvd's they will make for me

thank you so much....I've heard of Duet but i'm just not sure..I was thinking of spending about maybe 3,500 the most on both video and photos. Is that a reasonable price??

It's going to be hard to find BOTH photo and video for that price...unfortunately, things in NY are a bit expensive.

I highly recommend my photographer and videographer...they have both been amazing in terms of their customer service!
Please check out Photography by Christos ...Christo does amazing work and devotes So much effort and energy to his customers...I can't even begin to describe how amazing he has been to us! We took our engagement photos about a month ago and I LOVE them!!!
Also check out Bellarino Productions ...Phil and Kate have been great to deal with so far! I loved what I saw from the video clips on their website, and they treated me so nicely when I met with them. I can't wait to have them film my wedding!

You can find it-I think 4k is more reasonable but you will find someone to do it for 3500-might be tough tho. Just be willing to be flexible

i'm sure you can find that price but you might have to stick to a more basic package. but that works cuz after the wedding you can always upgrade after you see your pictures

We went with Thomas Paul. He has video too but I didn't want it, it was just a personal choice. But I loved his work and he is very reasonable. Plus there are dozens and dozens of great reviews of him.

We used Art-istic images for our photographer. He owns the place so you know who your photographer will be. He did great work, but really only does traditional photos. We hired (through Artie) a photojournalistic photographer as well and his pics were amazing. There are some photos in my album.
For Video I would have to say Pennylane all the way. Adam was a blast to work with. He is a little on the pricey side, but so worth it.
