Eeek! I had 3 done at once...and the 4th was done on a lunch break.
Just rest afterwards - don't drink from a straw - if you need to gargle, don't spit...kind of let it dribble out. The whole sucking and spitting thing can cause dry socket - which I hear is VERY painful.
You'll be fine!

I had 5 wisdom teeth (weird I know), and had them all pulled at once. Just be sure to rest and take pain killers, but try not to take them on an empty stomach. Take soup or yogurt or something. And don't drink through a straw!

oooh, I had 4 done at once also. Make sure you rest, put ice on your cheeks, drink milkshakes (not from straw) and ice cream! Oh and don't forget to eat something when you take the painkillers. Good luck!

I was told it sometimes helps if you take tylenol before the procedure...i would ask the doctor first though.
Good luck!

I was put out for the procedure so I wasn’t allowed to take any Tylenol before. I had all four removed four years ago.
Afterwards you may feel ok but you’re not. Go home and sleep. I had a pill I needed to take a hour after the procedure, other than that, I slept.
ICE PACKS. I bought two and put one on each side. I propped two pillows on either side of me on the couch and napped sitting up because I was afraid of dry socket. The ice packs helped with the swelling. You probably will have gauze in your mouth but won’t feel it (at least I couldn’t).
Gargle is true, spitting and sucking is BAD. No Straws, No Sodas, No Spitting, No Solids. The for S’s I was told. Jello is a good thing!!! Still it felt weird to chew. Oh and nothing crunchie and it was a while before rice was ok. A week AFTER my last followup I had to go back cause I got a piece of shredded wheat caught in the pocket, I was so embarassed!
Eat well before you go. It’s your last good meal for a while.
No rice or small things that can get caught in the little pockets left after surgery. There is usually stitches but they feel like rubber threads to me and I had to be careful not to chew or yank them out.
Take your drugs!!! They help.
I went on a Friday afternoon and was back to work on Monday. Just had to remember things get caught in those little pockets so gargling is important to keep decaying stuff from staying there. A week later they gave me a little squirt type needle to help flush out those pockets. I felt SO much better knowing those pockets were kept clean.
I technically still have a piece of my tooth on my bottom right left. All four of mine were impacted so that one was too tough to pull out so they left a piece behind. I’ve never had any real issues since then. For a while after it all healed (took about a month to REALLY be OK) I felt the little tissue back there from where the teeth would have been. It was weird. Overall I think it was a lot easier than I THOUGHT it would have been.
Good Luck

I had all 4 wisdom teeth, plus a tumor growing in my jaw, removed at the same time.
I won't lie...it hurts and the recoop. sucks...
But in a few weeks you'll be back to normal and it will be all over with.
It's no fun, but hopefully they'll give you something strong enough to take the edge off!
ETA: i wish you lots of luck and a quick recovery!!
