HELP - I'm having a get together tonight and I don't know what to make!!!!

OK so I invited the girls (3 or 4 girls) over to look at wedding pictures. I said we'd have wine and order a pizza.

1. How much wine do I get?
2. Do I have to make appetizers? If so, what?
3. Dessert????

PLEASE HELP!!!

Sounds like fun!

Do they like red or white wine? Perhaps a bottle of both. My favs. are Pindar winter white and Pindar sweet scarlet- most people like these even if they aren't wine drinkers.

Why don't you keep the apps. simple like chips and dip. Spinich dip is great with veggies. You can get the predone platters at the supermarket.

Fruit and the cream cheese dip is always great (premade platters again at supermarket) for dessert. You may want to keep the apps and dessert light since pizza is filling.

BJS has these wheel type appetizers which are yummy and all you have to do is defrost them. They are yummy in the tummy

maybe do appetizers as something healthy....veggies and dip or a nice salad

dessert....go decadent! Chocolate or fondue or make your own sundaes!

the mini cream puffs in the frozen section of the supermarket and drizzle choclate sauce on them, yummm!

Have fun! If it was me and my friends though I'd buy a lot more wine than 1 bottle of red and 1 white! I would do at least 2 of each or big bottles.

I dont drink wine but Dh does I would say have red wine. for a appertizer have mozzerella sticks its good when you are having pizza. than for dessert have a nice chocolate cover strawberries or like everyone else is saying. make some fondue. i even like the idea of fruit with cream cheese dip. enjoy!

If you're anything like me and my friends I would say you need at least 2 magnums of red and 2 magnums of pinot grigio.
As far as apps go, why not make a bruschetta. That's pretty easy and always goes over well.
