We have narrowed it down to the BCC and a few other places - I'd like some feedback on negotiating with the BCC before we go back.. What were they willing to do for you, throw in, etc??

Is your wedding date really in 3 1/2 months?!?! If so, you have great negotiating power. Halls are just trying to fill their rooms by this point.
Either way: Negotiate chair covers, chocolate fountain, extra stations at cocktail hour, an extra hour for reception, lower minimum, all this!
We got a few things thrown in because of our wedding date, but once we realized we wouldn't make our minimum, we negotiated like champs! It never hurts to ask. And remind them that their date book isn't full for that day, which is really close.

it is this year although we are flex with the date and do feel this is great leveredge for us.. I was wondering if anyone has experience specifically with the BCC?
