HELP - in a Jam with HM
I got a good deal with a TA a family friend knows (my dad also uses this person) to go to Aruba, so I gave a deposit. But now that I'm switching to Hawaii I got all new price quotes.
I also went to Liberty Travel and for this trip (HI) they were a lot lower than the family friend. But, the first TA has my deposit which I'm not sure is refundable.
If I switch to Liberty, I may lose my deposit, but without factoring that in, it will be a HUGE slap in the face to the first TA, who knows my family.
I know its not a nice thing to do, but at the same time a savings is a savings.
What do I do????
