Help! Invite wording...

I am finalizing my invites and I'm stuck on how to word something and thought maybe you girls could help!
Okay, I want to ask my guests if they will be using the free transportation I am providing from the Hotel to the Reception Hall just so I can get an idea on how many vans or buses I need to get!
Okay, so does this sound right? or can you think of a better way to phrase it?:
'Transportation will be provided from the Wingate Hotel to The Inn at New Hyde Park. Will you use this service?'

Thanks for any suggestions

I think I've seen RSVP's with a check optiojn for transportation.

Like this:

Transportation needed____

oh, okay that's a lot shorter!:) thanks

but maybe I'll just specify that its only transportation from this one hotel--who knows what people might think, like free transportation from the airport or something!

Have you checked with the Wingate yet? They do have a courtesy van that they own, and they usually have a driver as a shuttle service. I'm just not sure of how many guests they allow. We had used this from a different type of hotel in the past, and we just used the shuttle twice in a row, one at like 45 minutes before the reception ended, and one when the reception ended.

You could also base your number on how many vans you need as far as how many of your guests book the rooms you reserve.

We put something to the effect that hotel rooms have been reserved at the XXXX hotel. Pleaes mention the XXXX room block when booking your hotel room. There will be shuttle service transporting guests staying at this hotel to the wedding location.

I did not have people check off that they would need transportation. I figure whoever stays at the hotel will want transportation so as to not have to drive.
