At this point, I'd completely walk away from them.

I hear SO many mixed reviews of this place.

IMO, since you're OOS, it's not worth this hassle and aggravation.

Wow. Well I went to a tour on Aug 30th at Leonards and guess who my BM was.?...Melissa! I was trying to reserve for Oct/Nov 2011 and she said she would get back to me by the end of the week - (the date I wanted was booked ) by then she will know if more dates would be available for that time period. She quoted me some prices for a few dates. Haven't gotten a phone call since our conversation. I'm not stressing it bc I'm going to the Swan Club this friday and making a decision. I really like Leonards, but we will see how I feel about the Swan Club this friday.

I am so sorry ladies. I am booked with Leonards and I have Antonio as my BM. I actually emailed him last night at 11:45 p.m. with a random question....received email reply at 12:15 a.m. He has been VERY consistent with replying back to me. I have no clue who this Melissa lady is. I am so sorry you are going through this. But if you don't have good vibes I would suggest not going through OR you can try and request Antonio. I am most definitely a needy bride and I think he is fully aware. He has been nothing but consistent, helpful and professional.

I haven't heard of Melissa either, but Ian and Antonion have both been great. The girls who pick up the phone on the other hand.... they are the worst.

I would have to totally agree! I dont know who this girl is but I will try my very best to stay away! I have Antonio and he is great! He has been nothing but helpful and patient with me! I can genuinely say he has been very accomodating and I hope it stays that way! But if you're heart and pocket are set with Leonards then I say GO FOR IT!! ASK FOR ANTONIO!!! HTH

I have to agree! Antonio is my BM as well and everytime i called, left a messg for him or emailed him -he followed up immediately! IDK what is going on with this Melissa, but i could honeslty say i NEVER had any issues with Antonio and i booked with them since Jan 2010'

Update-

I sent my BM an email telling her this was poor customer service, she had Robert Sessa call me back who now has us working with Antonio. We are going up to NY, and have an appointment with him this Sunday. I'm not sure if this is going to work out :/

So we were finally able to get everything scheduled. Our new banquet manager is Ian. He has been great and is communicating well with us. That Melissa chic seriously needs to be fired, and I usually don't wish anything bad upon anyone, but she is not capable of handling her job.
I would like to thank everyone for their help!!! The big day is in 3 months and I am very excited!!!!
