Unfortunately my mom asked me after I had just sent out my invitations if I blocked off any hotels for OOT guest . How did I forget this? I have very few OOT (maybe about 5) which is probably why I overlooked this. Is it too late to block rooms and if I do, I already sent the invites so what do I do?

It's not too late to block rooms, but I would do that as soon as possible. Since you have such few OOT guests, why don't youcall them as soon as you block the rooms and give them all the information. The hotel will probably give you cards as well. Mail this out with a short note saying how glad you are that they will be joining you on your special day, blah, blah, blah.

I would just boo it and then contact the few oot guest that you have. No biggie really I don't think.

contact the hotels asap long island hotels are booked already good luck you can send a little postcard to OOT with info
