I actually just bought a dress for my e-pics at Marshalls! I was surprised but they had a ton to choose from, I got a 9 west, navy and white plaid dress that I love and the price was great!
try asos.com, they have the cutest dresses. Its a company in the UK but you can def order from them, when is your epics sceduled for?

Marhalls and TJ Maxx are awsome for stuff like this.
what about macys? i found a really cute white dress there that i cant decide if i should wear it for my epics or eparty lol

I just found an amazing dress for e-pics at Filene's FH bought it for me he loooved it on me. And the greatest part is that it was only 39.99!!! I got a super cute bag to go w/it as well. I will post pics of it. Just got it yesterday. But definately shop around. Filene's has bcbg, and many hot brands jmo anyway...and you don't have to spend $$$ to look amazing!!

try going to bcbg. they have excellent sales..you can get a beautiful dress 50-75% off. I live by the actual store and saw sale signs!

For dresses that won't cost a boatload I say check out Gap, Old Navy and Target.
I've been to all 3 recently, and they all have some REALLY cute dresses!!!
