Help me choose a dress for FBIL wedding!

Hi girls,
My FH's brother is getting married in a few weeks and I found two dresses, and i dont know which one to choose! I literally bought them both and have them hanging in my closet, so I thought I'd get your opinions.
Its a night wedding at Brentwood CC.

i love the neckline of dress 2.. but the pattern on dress 1 seems more wedding-y to me. the pattern on dress 2 seems more like a summer day dress..
