Help me choose a Rec Hall!

If you have been to a wedding at any of these sites or planning a wedding at any, let me know how it was (or why you chose the site). I just can't decide :

1) Thatched Cottage - loved the outside, great menu and offerings, loved the BM, awesome price

2) Bayview House at Capt Bills - really LOVED the building, outside area a bit small, also very good price

3) Harbor Club - really liked the outside, good price, nice interior, also good menu

I can't decide. Me and FH did all these ranking systems and these three are all tied up!

I havent been to a wedding at any of these places but I will say that Watermill and Harbor Club were on top of my list. The Harbor club was beautiful. If I was a summer bride, I probably would have booked it there.
The last time I went to the Thatched Cottage was for a Sweet 16. I remember it being beautiful and the food good. It was so long ago though, Im sorry I have no more advice.
I do think the Harbor Club offers a bigger room, if I remember correctly.
