I got married at WM and can tell you they are great. The only thing I didn't like was probably the fact that they did two or more weddings at a time. Otherwise my guests - alot of whom are foodies - love the space and food.
CH, WM and Fountainhead are quite different. WM has a charming rustic look and great space for pictures. I won't call Fountainhead or CH charming or rustic. hehe...
WM gives you more for the money. CH gives alot too but it didn't impress me as much when it comes to quality of food and service.
Read up some reviews on them all and make your decisions! Good luck!

I voted for Westbury. They give your guests 7 dinner choices with menus and the food is great.

I can't speak about the other places b/c I've never been there but I have been to CH. The grounds are really nice and big but has several events going on at one time. I went to a wedding there and got lost on my way back from the bathroom (it was downstairs for some reason) and I walked in on another party. That's my two cents. hth.

My mom said the same thing about CH!
But I definately vote Westbury Manor... I'm getting married their next August, and I absolutely love it!

I ahvn't been to any of the places, but I voted for crest hollow because I think it is a good location and FH has been there twice for gala and raved about the food!

I've only been the westbury manor for a wedding and it was great. Food and service was good and if it's warm enough you can have the cocktail hour outside. I'm not fond of the style of crest hollow. It was too much like a hotel lobby to me but that's just my opinion.
