Help me decide (with poll)

I am attempting to chose a signature drink for the wedding. After looking at the great sites some ladies posted for me, I have narrowed it down to the 6 drinks below.


1- Blue Hawaiian

30 ml white rum
30 ml blue curaçao
20 ml coconut cream

Mix in a blender.
Fill up with pineapple juice.
A maraschino cherry looks great as decoration, but a slice of pineapple wouldn't hurt either.




2- Hpnotiq Breeze

1 1/2 oz Hpnotiq
1 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
2 oz Pineapple Juice

Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a cocktail glass or cordial class.
A red maraschino cherry on a stick looks great as decoration.




3- Ritz Fizz
Ritzy bubbles.

1 dash amaretto
1 dash blue curaçao
1 dash lemon
champagne or a sparkling wine

Start with adding a dash of amaretto, a dash of blue curaçao and a dash of lemon in a champagne flute.
Fill up with champagne or some equally sparkling wine.




4- Smurf

30 ml wild strawberry infuced vodka
20 ml blue curaçao
a dash o lime juice
Sprite, 7Up or any clear sweet soda...

Build in a highball glass.
Fill up with Sprite or 7up.
Decorate with a slice o lime, and don't forget that blue straw!

I chose #2 - but I'm a lush when it comes to Malibu.

I love Malibu too but I like the one thats named Smurf just cause of the name!

I voted for #4 because I enjoy my vodka-based drinks.

One of my favorite drinks at college was an AMF--it was blue as well. This is of NO USE to you, because I think it was just a blue flavored concoction of all the cheap stuff. I did enjoy getting drunk on them though! :)

Number 1 sounds Yummy!!! But of course, I think I'd need to have one of each to make the final decision. Happy Hour anyone?

i picked #3 because it's sort of a modern take on classic champagne... and it looks great in the glass with the little sprig inside!

personally, i would stay away from anything too creamy, because when mixed with other drinks it might make people sick.

i would also steer clear of the red bull drink, only because caffeine energy drinks don't agree with many people - personally they make me bounce off the walls, and not in a good way...

I like #3 because it has champagne in it and I like the shape of the glass, very classy for a wedding. If people will be drinking these during the cocktail hour you might want to make sure it's in a comfortable glass that won't spill easily. I'm clumsy, so I always spill a little when i drink martines

i would go with 1 - because you are going to hawaii - and it is a pretty well known drink - and people shy away from things they don't know usually -
