Not feeling the Grand Marnier coeur a la creme.
Orange custard and raspberries ?

Either flavor goes together with chocolate but all three together ?

Forgive me if I am wrong, but there was only one cake you were talking about, correct ?

Yes, I'm talking about one cake.

The Grand Marnier flavor is actually very light - a slight hint of orange liquor. The coeur a la creme is not like a custard at all. It's the consistency of real whipped cream. It's white in color and very fluffy and light.

I wrote custard but I meant creme.

As long as the orange flavor is light, then it sounds delicious.
If guests don't like fruit, then they can pick out the raspberries.

FH does not like fruit, and I don't like canoli cream or white chocolate, so we went middle of the road with yellow cake, chocolate mousse filling and whipped cream icing. Something that most people will like.
