Help me FAST please!!! re: reception hall contract

I have an appointment today at 2:00pm to take one more look at my potential reception spot and then negotiate the details of my contract. What do I need to negotiate? What should I ask for, what can I possibly get for cheaper... just HELP!!! I need to know before 12:30 today!

Thank you girls!!!

What we were sure to include was having the bar open if guests arrived early. We didn't want them waiting around without a drink in their hand!

Are you happy with the price per head? I negotiated to get it down $5 a person. Also- I added fruit platters for each table during dessert, a specialty coffee bar / cordial station at dessert (we had a served dessert, not vienesse hour), and they also threw in a token cake for my step mom- it was her bday... but I didn't get those added until i was going through the menu...
