My brother's destination wedding on Vieques (off Puerto Rico) is at the end of February and I don't have a dress. I am looking for something airy, island-y and cute, but not too expensive (i.e. under $150). The only thing I've liked so far I saw on jcrew.com. Any other ideas of where to shop?
