AC Moore or Michael's should have them. But you'll have to put it together yourself. Actually show the picture to one of the sales people and they will make if for you. All you have to do is pay for the supplies.

P.S. How do you think I should attach the candles to the glass? Do you think hot glue would work or double-sided tape?

I made a similar type CP for my wedding. I used hot glue to attach the candle to the glass and it worked really well.

Hot glue. That tape may not hold the candle if its too heavy. Plus the stickiness doesnt last

I have already thought about that, lol! How crazy would that be! It is only a three hour party though so I should be all good. I will tie them a little lower just to ensure that I dont burn the place down!
