Help me find this Garter!

I saw a really cute garter somewhere and now I can't find it

It was a yellow smiley face with a red tongue sticking out.

I thnk it's be really fun to throw it, but I can't find it anywhere!

Anyone see something fun like that?

I guess no one has seen any garter with a design like this:

Assuming I do find it somewhere (or maybe a fun one similar to this), do you girls think it's too vulgar or fun/cute?
