It could be a custom piece... In fact, the flower looks kind of like one by Thomas Knoell that a 2010 bride posted today that she's wearing in her hair.

Hey Lisa,

try asking duet if they can contact the bride who wore it on your behalf (if it isn't too much trouble) or perhaps it was a model - and the stylist can provide the info. I tried a couple of searches on the internet for you and came up with similar results - If I find it - You best bet your booty i'll send your way

3 Strand pearl necklace with brooch -towards the bottom of the page.

Hand made pearl necklace design

Similar option

Hope this helps!!!

You can find a brooch that you really adore and simply pin it in the exact place you want on a multiple strand pearl necklace :) I think that's your best bet... and that way you can wear them as separate pieces too! Good luck!

Thanks for the great ideas ladies!

Tauny, I LOVE the last link but it's sold out! I just contacted the etsy dealer to see if she still sells it or something similar.

You can find a lot of similar pieces on Etsy, or you can even put out an alchemy request and see if someone can replicate it.
