Ok..so long ago I purchased organza bags for my favors but they are not going to work because they are too see-thru for the red heart shaped boxes that my espresso set favors come in....I was trying to think of ways to cover the red...maybe with tissue paper...but dont think thats gonna work...the bags are gold to match my colors which are ivory gold and navy...If anyone comes across a satin bag I would be thrilled...problem is none are big enough. The heart boxes are 9 x 9 x 3. My only other alternative would be to buy bigger square boxes and wrap them alll...UGH!!! the thought of doing that is so time consuming but if it has to be done.... ....
any help would be great! (a pic of the favor is in my album 'other wedding stuff')

can't you put several sheets of tissue paper as a liner in the bags. if you use enough thickness on the tissue it should keep the red from showing through. put the paper in as if you were doing a xmas present in a paper gift bag and maybe one crumpled one on top.

this was my other idea but I am afraid it may loo too 'messy'...maybe i will try it and see...if not...i may have to wrap them in boxes...

i would skip the bags and go with boxes or small paper tote bags...might look cleaner...hth

i would go with the boxes and maybe add a nice ribbon around them. If you start now and do a few them every weekend you should be done by the wedding and it wont feel like ti is so much work .. maybe you can get BM or you mom to help
