Help me get rid of these horrible hiccups!!!!!!!!!!!!

i don't know what happened but now i have these terrible hiccups that won't go away.. i feel like i can't breathe (probably cause of my esophagus and the reflux problems i've been having swallowing...aghh)
it's driving me crazy and i can't fall asleep with them... they are sooooooooooooooooo annoying and i'm super tired!!!! any suggestions.. i've already tried drinking cold water and holding my breath... what else can i do!!!!!!!!??????????

Someone told me that you put a teaspoon of sugar under your tongue and a lemon in your mouth and it gets rid of them. I dont know if that works but I know you sometimes get them when you have too much CO2?? try taking long deep breaths instead short holdin ones

thnx... they seemed to have stopped.. just feel a little tight in the cheast now and short of breathe...
it's always something with me..lol!!!!!!!!!!
i'm just hoping they don't come back!
