my mom is a special ed. teacher and i run across a lot of special needs students and she has given me lots of pointers

yeah I started as an Aide- i've been there right from HS - wouldnt think of any other profession!

Maybe we can help eachother!! I am trying to post my profile photo - basically I have a photo from an online album and I am right clicking and saving the photo into Word and then trying to upload it - but LIW is saying that it is not the correct format - I guess GIF or JPEG - Any input??

The pic might be too big. Icant post a pic of my dog for some reason- I think thats it though

at the top of the page, under the newlyweds chat link, next to the form mail, there is the resizer button. upload the pic into that and it should work
