Help me! I need Info on watermill caterers????

I am looking into have a spring or summer weddingfor 75-100 guest at Watermill, Im really trying to stay with a tight budget of 10K just for the RH ......I wanted to know, from any of the Watermill brides, what quotes did they give you? you can FM me if you need to..... I need the feedback!!

This is what i was told when i e-mailed them...i was looking at Fall 2011. I feel like when we spoke over the phone he was willing to go a little lower...

Generally, the price range for the time of year that you are looking for is $85 to $119 per person. All prices are subject to service charge and sales tax, it is also important to know that we do not tax the service charge. I would suggest that you contact me at your convenience so we can discuss the details more specifically'

The ceremony fee is $600 & they include flowers.

Well I spoke with the banquet manager and he told me that Thursdays are cheaper like 70 per plate. Which I think is ok.

would that be in your budget? I think they'll be willing to negotiate with you. Especailly on a thursday-they should be willing to work with your budget.

I am not sure of pricing but I do know that you can def negotiate. I know someone that is related to one of the owners...they def throw things in and will work with pricing.
