Help me make a portfolio!

Ok! I have to make a portfolio for my tenure year at work.
Question: I was thinking of using a view binder (9 X 12) because I need to put a cover on....the only thing is they are kind of ugly...I may go to Lee's craft store and see if there are binders more attractive than the very business-like ones in staples, any suggestions?

Question: I want to use this picture for the cover with maybe something underneath (Reading is an Adventure?)

The picture won't look good if it is blown up to 9x12, so I want to make it only a little bigger. Is there a way I could get a paper frame to make it look nice and put it in the cover that way???

I have a black 3-ring binder that I put my lesson plans in...but thats 8 1/2 x 11

I was thinking of a binder like that but do you think it's too boring? Do you think I could find a fancier binder that I could put a cover sheet in somewhere else?
