Help me make dinner

Original post by MikesBride2B

So I have some ground beef that I want to use, because I bought a pound and I want to put half in the freezer.

So I want to use this ground beef in a way that can make a dinner for 3 people and will not take a lot of effort because I've got a paper to write tonight, so I can't be spending all my time in the kitchen.

Help??

shepherds pie- ghetto style (mmm)- brown the beef, make some instant mashed potatoes, heat up some veggies

put the beef at the bottom of a dish, pour in the veggies then layer/spread the potatoes... bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. you can get some gravy and pour that over, I usually do it on the side.

or...

cheeseburger hamburger helper

sloppy joes

tacos

meatloaf

fried meatballs

hamburgers

CHOP MEAT GOULASH

1 1/2 lbs. chop meat
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 box Ziti or Penne
2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, cut up
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook ziti according to package directions (do not overcook); drain.

In large skillet, brown chop meat and onions. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and let simmer 10-15 minutes.

Mix tomato mixture and Ziti together in 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
(pulled that on online)

my version of chili...

brown the chop meat as you make some yellow rice...add small red kidney beans to the meat with salsa, cheese and some hot sauce!

it is fast easy and delish!

we usually eat it with tortilla chips.
