help me photo card thingy

I may sound like an idiot but i have been trying to explain this to my sister but i cant think of any of the poems Ive heard and when i tried to Google it i got nothing

The cards you put on the tables that tell the guest where to upload the photos they took that night (like on to a shutterfly account) KWIM?

anyway what are some poems or blurbs that go on them and what would you call them?? Thank you
