I really really like 1 and 3-the second one seems too bold

I like #1 -- and it looks great when the bride and groom names are in a different font -- it really makes you stand out.

I vote for #2. Easier to read. Otherwise maybe try doing your names in one of the fancier ones like #1 and changing the font on everything else to a more simpler one. I like it when the names stand out from the rest.
