Help me pick HM spot POLL

We went to the travel agent last night, we priced out 4 places to go to.... I need help
10-12 days we are staying at all of them

1- Mexico, Acapulco

2-Costa Rica- go to different places

3-Hawaii- 3 islands Maui, Oahu, Kauai

4- Europe- island hop, whatever islands we go to they would have beaches

If you went to any of these can you tell me where u stayed, and tell me if everything was good.

I've been to Hawaii tons of times so I'm biased and would choose something more exotic...Greek Isles, Cyprus - something less touristy. Also keep in mind, September is getting close to or the start of rainy season in Costa Rica.

European islands sounds nice...
Costa Rica is awesome, I have been there. September is the rainy season (near the end), but it's just like Florida, it rains an hour in the afternoon, and that's it.
What islands would you hop after Costa Rica?

I didn't mean island hop its not island there are different places to go to and see there.

Ijust booked my Honeymoon to Hawaii, through Liberty Travel. We are going to Oahu for 3 nights and Maui for 7 nights!!! We feel lthat we got a really good deal....air, ocean front room at the Hyatt, car rental in Maui, breakfast buffet every morning for $5,600.....

We went to the Greek islands and it was amazing. September was a perfect time to go there. The weather was great and it was less crowded. I highly recommend it.

what a hard choice to make!
hawaii was beautiful and the other places listed i am going to eventually.........take into consideration if you have the time to fly to HI or europe or would CR and mexico be a better choice to fit into your time schedule....

SO-
HI is def. a HM hot spot......and the beaches are beautiful----sooo, i think my vote goes to HI.......JMO i think it would be better than CR and Mexico for a HM (no one take offense! i am going to mexico soon--it's just to help narrow down choices! ) and if you go to europe you'll probably tour a lot to see all of the history it has to offer--it may not be that much of a relaxing trip--where as in HI i think u will have the best of all worlds-beach/tours/relaxing/fun

Hawaii or Europe (Always my picks!)

I choose Hawaii over Europe only because I wanted to relax more. Europe is alot of sightseeing.
We are going to take a European cruise for our 1 year anniversary.

I think hawaii is too touristy (go for a regular vacation, not HM) and europe is so romantic, especially some of those small out of the way islands, and in sept,it will be the perfect warm temp..def go there :)

I disagree, I have been to Hawaii. Although Oahu is very touristy, the other islands are not. If you go to Kaui or the big islands, there are lots of places to walk on the beach and be alone. Plus, Hawaii was voted #1 for HM.

You said that if you went to Europe you'd to more of the 'islandy beach' thing... the beaches in Europe are very different, not at all tropical or sandy - more rocky but ultra cultural. I honestly think that it depends on the type of things that make you happy. Are you always on the go, wanting to see more and immerse yourself in art, history, etc... or would you prefer true beauty and water or sporting activities but more laid back atmposheres (like Hawaii)?

I've been to both places and you really can't go wrong either way because you'll be with your HUSBAND by the time you're there... but my vote (after experiencing both) is that Europe would truly be a lot more unique. You could always do a tropical short stay later where you get away from it all in HI, which is so gorgeous. European culture in my opinion is INCREDIBLE though and the clear winner. FM me if you want tons more info first-hand!

Had to post a pic of Positano that I found in Italy, where you could also check out the Island of Capri. (not trying to sway you at all hehe .)
