We have filet mignon and glazed filet of salmon for our meat and fish choices.
I can't decide between these two chicken dishes.
Which chicken dish do you think is better?
Choice A: Tuscan Chicken - grilled chicken with herbs, virgin oil, balsamic vinegar glaze, served with roasted corn
Choice B: Chicken Sorrentino - chicken milanese with eggplant, prosiutto, mozzarella cheese, and tomato beurre blanc
TIA!

Re: Help me pick my entrees.
I would go with choice B - I only suggest that because I had some guests that didn't red meat or pork, and they would not be able to eat the chicken with the prosciutto.

Re: Help me pick my entrees.
I like choice A, but that's because I LOVE balsamic vinegar. I am sure there are a lot of people who don't though, B might be the safe choice.

Re: Help me pick my entrees.
I choose choice A because it sounds light. Choice B seems pretty heavy to me.
Both sound great but I would go with number 2 because it is one of my fav chicken dishes!!

Re: Help me pick my entrees.
Our wedding is exactly 4 months away. I am trying to do anything and everything I can do now bc I know no matter how much I try to do things early, we'll have last minute things to keep us busy.
I want to make the physical menus in February. Then we can start working on the ceremony schedule so we can make the programs!
So much work to do!

Re: Help me pick my entrees.
B sounds good to me... but I would go with A. The reason is that chicken is usually the 'safe' choice - and the eggplant and prosciutto may not appeal to everyone.
Then again... what do I know?

I agree with you. I love choice B but, I think more people would like choice A. A lot of people don't like/eat eggplant and prosciutto.

absolutely!--but i think you meant choice A because choice B has the ham! that happened to me yesterday at TWOTY--i couldn't eat any of the entrees because i can only eat chicken and the chicken had ham in it. they brought me plain chicken and i was so disappointed
