I am indian, marrying an irish man. The wedding will be all indian so I was hoping to do something irish for the favor.
My ideas so far: 1) Silver key chain of a shamrock 2) Square pocket mirror with shamrock etched on the outside (is a mirror too feminine? I can't think of many males attending without dates so they could just give it to the women). 3) Mini teapot - 4 inches tall. This would be both indian and irish since both people drink LOTS of tea.
I would present all my favors in beautiful packaging. Any other suggestions?
I need to make a decision in the next week or so and I am freaking out!

What about mini bottles of Baileys Irish cream?? Wrap it really cute and that's an AWESOME favor!
i like the shamrock idea. its very obviously irish which is cute since all else u are doing is indian. key chain is good for all!

Out of all of those I would pick a teapot-but most people have one if they drink tea

Thanks everyone! The thing with Baileys is that since 90% of the attendees are indian, most don't drink alcohol. Kind of lame, I know! I was contemplating giving small bottles of Bailey and Jameson Irish Whiskey but my mom thought that something non-alcoholic would be better.
I'm leaning towards the keychain as well. I just wanted to do something different but don't think a shamrock keychain is all that memorable. Running out of ideas!

I think either the keychain or the teapot would be nice. I like the keychain idea because it seems like everyone could use that.

Ahhh I understand...that probably wouldn't be a good idea then! Add a poll with the favors...you'll get a lot more responses...I say key chain
I like the teapot idea, thats really cute or you could even do the personalized tea bags. We did personalized drink mixes for our engagement party and they were a hit. This isn't mine, but it looked just like it.
