Help me pick my RD menu! pleassseee!

My RD menu is due this week. I need to pick for hot entrees....so far we're sure about 2. The problem is, a lot of their choices will be serves ad the wedding the next day, so we don't wanna repeat food..but we want to have a good variety!

So far we picked:
Chicken Roma (Kinda like a marsala) & Sliced steak with burdy sauce

We need to pick 1 pasta, what should we pick out of these:
Penne a la Vodka (will be at wedding)
Stuff Shells (will be at wedding)
Baked Four Cheese Ziti
Farfaralle Carbonara
Penne Bolognese

I also need 1 more entree out of these:
Italian Sausage and Peppers (will be at wedding)
Chicken Jambalaya
Chicken Francaise
Eggplant Rollatini (will be at wedding)
Strir fried steak and veggies
Oriental Beef with spring veggies


Help! Sorry for the long post..FH could care less, all he wants is the steak dish. Guests will also have salad, rice pilaf, roasted red potatoes, rolls and dessert.

I'd go with the same! I'd avoid stuff that is going to be at the wedding too.
